Imama dealt to Sea Dogs at deadline

Sunday January 4th, Baie-Comeau announced that they had traded left-winger Bokondji Imama to Saint John, in a near trade deadline deal. The 18-year-old is enjoying a career year, already topping last season’s totals (59 GP, 15 PTS), with 19 points in 36 games prior to the deal. The Sea Dogs paid a premium for the power forward, giving up a 1st (2016), and 2nd (2015) round pick in exchange for a big playoff push. O CANADA! Callum Booth Wins Gold Representing Canada at the 2014 Ivan Hlinka U-18 Tournament!

Congratulations to all the members of the U-18 Team Canada squad for bringing home the gold medal and proving, once again, why Canada is the home of the greatest young hockey players in the world! Rising QMJHL star Callum Booth, starting netminder for the Quebec Remparts, was one of two goalies selected by Hockey Canada to represent the nation at the 2014 Ivan Hlinka U-18 Tournament in Slovakia this past summer.
