OUR VISION

To create a Pre Season Prep Hockey League for Prep Schools that prioritizes proximity between schools located in the State of CT.  We provide players with a highly competitive, well-organized, and safe environment where their passion of the game flourishes.

Safety is a top priority for us and ensuring the well-being of players, officials, and spectators is paramount. A comprehensive safety plan involves various elements, including the presence of all the right insurance, onsite medics, and athletic therapists.

LEAGUE BENEFITS

Exposure to College Coaches:

Our league provides a platform for players to showcase their skills directly to college coaches. This exposure increases the likelihood of being noticed and considered for recruitment.

Networking Opportunities:

Players have the chance to network with NCAA coaches, creating valuable connections within the college hockey community. This personal interaction can leave a lasting impression and open doors for future opportunities.

Increased Recruitment Opportunities:

Showcasing Character and Work Ethic: Coaches not only look for skill but also for qualities like character, work ethic, and sportsmanship. Playing in showcases offers players the chance to exhibit these intangible qualities, which can be critical in the recruitment process.

2024 SEASON RECAP

This past Fall we launched our inaugural season, with Salisbury and Millbrook participating.  We kept players on campus while providing two practices a week on their home ice.  Our players worked with coaches such as Kevin Delaney, Jim Ward, Cam Kuhl, Jake Hughes, Paul Russell, and Dennis Kravchenko.

In addition to the practices, CEM hosted two pre-season games.  These were full regulation games, and each team had the chance to host on their home ice.
